Permitting & Materials
Lakeside handles the paperwork and orders materials. You don't chase permits or track shipments yourself.
Scheduling
If your project covers more than one trade, windows and roofing, for example, Lakeside coordinates the schedule as one project instead of separate contractors on separate timelines.
Installation
Our crew completes the work on-site, whether that's a full-frame window replacement, a roof tear-off and replacement, or a new deck build.
Walkthrough & Warranty
We clean the site and walk the finished project with you. Work is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer product warranty on materials.
